Our goal is to provide high quality,
detail-oriented, medical care to newborns, infants, children
and adolescents in a warm, friendly environment.
Dr. Ballard is a board certified
pediatrician. She graduated from the University of
Alabama School of Medicine and completed her residency at the
University of Utah School of Medicine. She has been in
pediatric practice since 1982 and located in Prescott since
1989. Dr. Ballard is married with three children.

until regular office hours, call our office and you will
receive instructions on how to reach the on-call physician.
